This new track was developed in response to the growing demand for digital marketing professionals, a career path categorized by its flexibility, fast-paced nature, and often by its work-life balance and remote working opportunities. The track starts off as a specialization course designed for both marketing professionals who want to get into the digital marketing world as well as developers with front-end web development skills looking to add highly in-demand skills to what they can offer their clients or employer. Whichever background you bring to class, this accelerated curriculum will augment the skills you already have and equip you will what you need to provide more value to your organization, freelance clients, or small business.
The Digital Marketing: Fundamentals and Tactics That Drive Results course is taught by Nebraska entrepreneur and founder of BCom Solutions, Brent Comstock. BCom Solutions is a digital marketing firm based in Auburn, Nebraska that provides web, social media, SEO, email, and creative services to campaigns, causes, and small businesses across the country.
In this part-time course, you’ll join Brent in class two evenings per week for 11 weeks to learn skills and best practices in email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, and how to report the results of your efforts to your client or employer.
