New benefit for Students and Grads – Free National Career Readiness Certificate Exam

Starting May 24 – Interface will be offering monthly opportunities for current students and graduates to take the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) Exam in partnership with Heartland Workforce Solutions and Metropolitan Community College. NCRCs are recognized by over 10,000 employers in 30 states across the US.

Upon completion of this exam, you ncrcwill receive a nationally recognized certification based on your skill level. For those who complete the exam, but are not satisfied with their performance, Metropolitan Community College is offering free skills gap training to help you prepare to retake the exam. Additionally, the exam and additional training are available to you at no cost through a partnership with Heartland Workforce Solutions and Metropolitan Community College. A few details for the May 24 session:

Testing Location: 1905 Harney Street Suite 210, Omaha NE 68102
Equipment Requirements: You are required to bring along a wireless enabled laptop. No other equipment is allowed in the exam room.
Test Schedule: 12p – 5p (snacks and lunch will be provided)

Who will administer the test?
The test will be administered by members of the Metropolitan Community College team.

When will I receive my results?
Results will be provided to you immediately upon submission of your exam. You will receive your certificate in the mail.

What if I don’t perform as well as I would have liked to?
Free training will be available through Metropolitan Community College and can be completed online or in person.

When can I retest?
Following this session, Interface will be offering once monthly training on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 12p – 5p starting June 28.
