Enhance your team’s skills
Join AIM Interface School for custom corporate training and enhance the skills of your existing team.
Through Interface’s Custom Corporate Training opportunities, our staff and instructors work closely with partner organizations to develop curriculum, interview and select candidates, evaluate student performance, and provide post-graduate assistance for candidates who complete the program.
Custom programs vary in duration and topic, depending on each company’s specific needs.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM?
Interface’s Custom Corporate Training programs are made possible by a grant offered by the Nebraska Department of Labor. The grants support tuition and fees for training programs.
Eligible applicants include Nebraska for-profit businesses that contribute to the state unemployment insurance fund.
Businesses have flexibility to determine what kind of training they need and who the training provider will be. Preference is given to “established, certified, licensed Nebraska training providers.” Interface would meet this standard.
ABOUT THE NDOL GRANT
The Nebraska Department of Labor’s Worker Training Program is a business incentive program to support the retraining and upgrading of Nebraska’s current workforce.
IS THERE A REQUIRED GRANT MATCH?
Yes, participating business must provide matching funds at least equal to the amount being requested. Wages paid, space rental or equipment provided, and cash donations may be considered as contributing to the match as in-kind.
HOW DOES MY COMPANY APPLY FOR THE GRANT?
AIM Interface’s grant writers will work with qualifying companies to submit all necessary grant application materials. The application is designed for ease of use, and will help us in developing a profile of your training project.
