Welcome Megan Christiansen as Our New Java Mentor!

“I have a great desire to bring my love of problem-solving and creating through code to others, and I love spreading this knowledge in any way I can in the Omaha community.” – Megan Christiansen

Megan Christiansen

We are excited to announce that Megan Christiansen is joining us as a mentor for our Java course!

Read what Megan has to say:

“I have always had a passion for problem-solving. As a designer turned developer, I found great fulfillment in being able to actually build things I designed. I started my career as a digital intern at the Omaha ad agency Bozell, and I worked hard enough that I was hired before my internship was over.

Though I learned front-end development on my own, I felt having a more solid understanding of back-end development would help improve my skills across the board, and I was right. Taking the Java class through Interface helped me increase my knowledge of both things I was already familiar with and progress my understanding of programming even further.

I have a great desire to bring my love of problem-solving and creating through code to others, and I love spreading this knowledge in any way I can in the Omaha community.”
